I have damage to a remainder piece, can I also claim this?

Do you have damage to a rest piece of a sawn whole board? Our packaging method has been specially developed to be able to send customised sawn items without damage. We do this using various techniques. Because our sawn whole sheets are extra sensitive, one of the ways in which we protect the ordered items of these sheet materials is to place the remainder pieces (when available) on the outside. This way, the actual ordered items are extra protected. Therefore, we do not compensate for damages on remnants.
