Description

I.v. changing layout of the living room, a new/different audio TV unit had to be installed.
Simple design, but where the TV is attached to the unit itself with a wall bracket and not to the wall. Everything is put on wheels, making it easy to move.

Custom TV furniture

Design made based on the desired size. Drawing developed and the required plates (black MDF) visualized, thus the order list at "OPMAATZAGN.nl" completed and ordered.
After arrival, all (screw) holes were made and the edges milled round. First assembled the audio part, then treated the upright plate on which the TV will hang.
Then the plates were degreased, sanded and primed. Primed 3 times and then applied 3 layers of topcoat with satin black.
When the paint was dry, mounted wheels under the cabinet, attached the TV plate to the audio part, mounted the LCD wall bracket on the TV plate and everything in place. the cabinet has been installed.

And it's ready and the enjoyment can begin
