We still had space under the sink in the room leading to the garden. We wanted to put drawers in there. The cabinets are quite deep, so the drawers ended up being 60cm deep and directly under the sink 30cm. So there is still relatively much space. I first calculated that 3 drawers are possible. I then bought soft-close rails and then calculated the dimensions for the drawers. Using TOSIZE.pt I had the drawers cut from poplar plywood.

How I made this project

First I measured and calculated how big the drawers were could be done taking into account the soft-close rails on which the drawers will hang. We still had space under the sink in the room to the garden. I put together the “cookie” drawers. And the back - not visible - extra screws for strength. I then treated the drawers with Osmo hard wax. Then installed the drawers on the rails in the cabinet and placed the fronts on them. Done!
