Description
In our home there was a cupboard in the kitchen that was made of a furniture panel. To give this cupboard a new look, I ordered a number of furniture panel plates in gray color. I glued these into the existing open compartments and thus gave the cupboard a completely new and modern look.
DIY: pimping the cupboard with a furniture panel
Because the cupboard washes and not all planks were placed at right angles, I had to order many different sizes. These were delivered perfectly tailored, making installation very easy. Each shelf was also provided with a sticker with dimensions, which made installation very easy for me.
I mounted the shelves blindly in the existing compartments. Secured with mounting kit / dowels. I then sealed the seams with dark gray sanitary kit.
The dimensions of the planks
Ordered various sizes of planks. 94.3 x 43.3 cm / 54.4 x 48.3 cm
