Description of Julius

Compact TV cabinet with smaller depth. Bin dimensions 110.0 x 30.0 x 48.0 (w x d x h). Height with feet 480 mm. The TV cabinet is equipped with an oak insert and a flap with anthracite speaker cloth.

How I made this project

Outdoor box made of 27mm plywood (back wall 18mm plywood). Completely equipped with dowel/glue connections. Inner box (without back wall) behind flap made of 18mm MDF in miter and glued into the furniture. The valve itself is made of 18mm plywood. A rectangular opening has been made in this and then covered with anthracite speaker cloth. The “open” insert box is made of 19mm oak carpentry panels and is subsequently coated with clear oil. The entire piece of furniture, except the oak insert, has been primed with two layers of lacquer in a gray/green color. The heavy metal legs are attached with black M6 countersunk screws in integrated ramp nuts (furniture base). A black cable entry has been made in the back of the furniture (passage for desks).
