Create your own design furniture by having wood and sheet material cut to size by TOSIZE.pt. This is how this homemade AV furniture was created! The project started with an idea, developed in AutoCAD and made to measure through the precise sawing of TOSIZE.pt. This HIFI AV furniture is made of plywood and MDF. This makes the design sturdy and compact. In addition, this AV furniture can easily be moved thanks to the mounted wheels. The custom-made furniture is completed with a push-to-open drawer and flap system. A piece of furniture to be proud of!

A new AV furniture made for a philosophy club, which - when not in use - has a beautiful closed shape and is also very handy and clear is in use.

How I created this project

First drawn in CAD program and made a rendering and also displayed in the existing environment for promotion and approval. Then ordered wood from TOSIZE.pt (2018). Then assembled parts and then assembled the whole thing. Much tried with the BLUM drawer guides (push-to-open & soft close) and with the flap hinges (also with push to open). A number of things were changed during construction because in practice it turned out to work better if it was adjusted a bit. Finished completely white.
