Description of Frederic

Manufacturing of a TV cabinet with 18 mm MDF from TOSIZE.pt. Assembly with lamello and polyurethane glue. The tree comes from my personal stock and the MDF comes from Tosize.

How I made this project

I first cut out the panels MDF then the fir shelves. On the perimeter I' I glued ash edges, the same thing with the upper plate with 55 mm edges. Then tracing and milling with the lamellar machine. Then I proceed to the assembly. We finish with gluing and putting it under press for 24 hours and attaching the feet. Finally, a final varnish in three layers.
